On July 18, the Rotary Club of Pell City welcomed two speakers to the club – ABC 33/40 Meteorologist James Spann and Consulate-General of Japan Takashi Shinozuka.
Spann, a guest of member Ed Tyler, spoke on the importance of weather safety, and Shinozuka, invited by member Elmer Harris, discussed the impact of Japanese businesses on the southern US.
